CLAN STATS

Realized how confusing it is to have 2 pics on one thread. Reposting it here.
Any comments on my leadership are welcome negative or positive.
I'm trying here, I have a life too and I don't have the time or patience to monitor every single operation. I personally only make 1 or 2 and sometimes zero operations per weekend. I don't expect any more from anyone else.
When I'm not online during an op you all have to do the same thing I do , just check, tell someone there is an op if they are playing a different game mode (maybe they forgot).
You don't HAVE to play with other clan members, it is just my opinion that an organized team wins 9 times out of 10.
Send a message to people playing other games, they don't have to switch to MW3 but maybe again they didn't realize there was an op and will come play it.
I'm ranting now. Taking a few days off CoD to let the rage subside. I just hope we come back this weekend better than ever.
If not someone else can volunteer to lead.

Even though I copy everyone on every message, it obviously isn't for everyone, mass messages are PSA's.
If you made the last cut you're a permanent member unless you choose to leave on your own.
I was going to bring us down to 50 but the lowest I got was 65, each of the 65 has at one time earned a spot and I couldn't do it.
I'm aiming for 80-90 solid players. I will be getting a lot more picky this time, no more free rides.
I started this clan for clan operations, I was hoping there would be prizes by this time but there isn't.

LOL!!! I've been on the ACR 6.8 since about a month after you made a few suggestions to me. Between your suggestion & getting killed by an ACR I thought, "Hmmm, I should try that gun!" I'm even decent with the UMP45 when I need running speed but I am by far much better with the ACR in my hands.

Since I pulled myself away from that damn MK I'll think back, "What the hell was I thinking!" I've also changed my controller configuration to tactical to perform that damn drop shot tactic. I hated when others did that crap to me but figured what the hell, and started doing it myself and it's help a bit.

My stats speak for itself, I've improved dramatically!! Now when I check the maps on the Elite website under the "improve" tab I have a K/D of 1.0 or better on all the newer maps and a terrible .70 on the rest of the maps. If I reset my stats I'm probably playing a consistent K/D of about 1.0 or just slightly below it.

I'm no pro but I'm damn proud of myself.

I've started using the G36 this prestige and found that its pretty beastly. I would suggest that to any body looking for a new AR to use. The ACR is really good but I like to have a challenge when using weps.

its a beastly kit that works pretty well on larger maps

Silencer is a great way to easily level any gun up to get the attachments proficiency too

What's the red and yellow mean?

Red means the stat has gone up, yellow has gone down
