Maybe the old clan ops can be "locked" so that they stay at the bottom.

I know, I did ask Scyniic to clean up and add a few things but... BooBee brought up a really good point...
Not that I will be hatin on scyniic for this forum. It has served us well so far but BooBee brought up a good point. Why don't we make a better forum, use this one as a base for what to create and regularly maintain it, as in delete threads that haven't been touched in a set amount of weeks etc...
Are there any volunteers... or HD... want to re-do the forum?
I'd say just Keep It Simple

I'd be happy to buy a domain & install a forum for the clan if anyone has any cool suggestions like www.overpower.com (that's taken but just to give an idea of what exactly I mean).

The only problem with setting up our own domain and installing a forum is that there is no "import" tool to save what we have here on this forum because it's a free version so essentially the downside is we'd have to start all over again. I've used MyBB forum which is free to install on your own server and is fully customizable.

I'm familiar with forum software because I've set a few up in the past so we could setup trusted members in good standings to become moderators who could help in keeping the forum cleaned up.

Setup costs are really minimal so I'd be willing to foot the bill for the clan. Just need clan feedback and suggestions for the official clan domain name (i.e. web address).

BooBee you'd be elevated to god status if you did that for us.

I don't care about keeping old threads, but we should use this as a base to see what sections we need etc...

I'll wait for clan feedback or the "council's" feedback on a domain name for the clan which would become our permanent home and identity on the web.

If anyone has any domain suggestions you can check if what you have is available here, http://smallbusiness.yahoo.com/domains/. My initial suggestion would be www.overpowerclan.com.

Let's get the suggestions going, the sooner we buy into an official domain name I can get the forum installed and setup with a few testers.

Once I get the forum setup I can reach out to Gasp Its Jesus for some of his graphic work for logos and such to place on the page. We can then customize as we see fit.

Buying the domain is easy, I need hosting too. I already own 5 domains so I'll be using my current provider so I have the technical details already worked out. Also, $13 is expensive.

We just need to agree on a domain name and once that's done I can have a forum up in less than a day.

It cruelly still doesn't show the showcase and a couple other things at all. I'm pretty pissed about it

If you think of having moderators in the near future, I wouldn't mind being one! Just a thought.

Barry if we don't get feedback on a web address let me know what you would like and we can get that purchased & setup.

With our own installed forum we'd have a lot more control over it with moderators and we can even create private threads for the core group of us in the event we wanted to do a private (semi-anonymous) vote about clan issues (i.e. vote off dead weight).

We recently had another guy join who will be starting a youtube channel for us. He'll also do some graphics probably but since I am an old man I'll let this young whippersnapper introduce himself and what he'll actually do. oP Twistz... and while I call him young I actually don't know his age lol
