Don't know if you guys are fellow Redditors, but the Modern Warfare 3 subreddit has active Infinity Ward Enforcers who take complaints of people/clans who are boosting/cheating and give them the banhammer if you provide enough proof. They also answer any questions you may have!

I use Twitter. I had someone send me a message asking if I wanted to buy a bunch of mods on a USB with unlimited tokens, perks, etc. All it would cost me was $35. I forwarded a screenshot to Infanty on Twitter and it was a wrap.
